The Effect of HDI, Unemployment, and Investment on GRDP and Poverty

Poverty is a major global development problem that must be continuously addressed so it can resolved more quickly. The purpose of this study was to find out direct and indirect effects HDI, unemployment, investment variables on GRDP poverty during the 2017-2020 period. This type research quantitative descriptive data used are secondary data. method, namely panel in period, with fixed effect model (FEM) technique as best technique. interpretation method regression analysis tool from FEM path analysis. result showed HDI (X1), Unemployment (X2) Investment (X3) had significant both directly (Z) indirectly through (Yi) (Z). Then based analysis, gives biggest contribution influencing level Central Java Province.
